I am new to the game - started playing it around a week ago. When I started, I saw Death (US East) marked as a Fresh Start server, so I joined it thinking it was just one of the regular FSSs. However, yesterday, due to the announcement on mergers, I realized it was actually one of the RTA servers for streamers and with event missions. Unfortunately, this wasn’t marked anywhere in the client when I was picking a server for my character.
Would it be possible for me to get a transfer to a different FSS server. To be honest, I don’t even care which one, as long as it’s in US East. If not, what are the alternative courses I can take in this situation?
Thank you! One of the reasons why I was asking about this was the uncertainty due to the proposed mergers I heard about. Is a transfer from an RTA server to one of the old servers possible then? Ever since the announcement, I’ve been kinda reluctant to continue playing because of the amount of uncertainty it has caused. I would really like to know if there is a server I could get transferred to (even an older one would do), that I could just continue learning about and getting more comfortable with. Otherwise, I am feeling like all the progress I put in discovering the world and getting attached to my server’s community will just go to waste.

Perfect example of why RTA servers should not be placed into legacy. There are people unaware it was even a thing.
Though leveling to 60 only takes a few(1-4) days grind if focusing it.

It’s been a week since the announcement and I still have no news about the status of my server. I have been checking forums every day since. Unfortunately, this made me feel pretty discouraged and disappointed about the state of both the server and the support on the issue, so I don’t think I will keep on playing the game.
Not sure if it’s been decided or not, just haulted I think… I’m glad I started on Medusa…(randomly) not an RTA.
