Transfert failed

Hi,

I had an account on the server Olympus, but i wanted to transfert my account to another server where one my friend is playing (Castle of Steel). I didnt know that i couldnt do that because it is too crowded. When i had to select the region (EU East), i was transfered in the region South USA with 180 ping. It is a joke from AGS ?

But, i decided to deal with it. I wanted to transfert my second account EUROPE to the USA EAST Server. But, i ended in an empty server.
This tool is a fail because we cant choose witch server we want. Presently, i am in a server with only 300 players.

I decide to create a new account in the server Olympus (my previous server) but i cant anymore because it is full. While right now, the server Olympus has only 1500 / 2500 players.

So finally, i have two lost and unplayable accounts, i cant go back to my previous server with my new account.
For now, i can only create new accounts on empty serveur (800 players max)

What do i do ?

Hey @Maendine I hope you’re doing very well and welcome back to the forums!

Unfortunately as of now on the server you want to transfer to, Castle of Steel on US East has character creation and transfer disabled. Right now checking on the link below only Barataria, Eden, Frislandia and Heliopolis allow full creation of new characters and character transfer if you’d consider transferring to play right away.

This decision is taken in order to safe guard player experience , I’m sincerely sorry for the situation, you can keep an eye on the #official-news section for further information about this.

But, i was on this server Olympus before i tried to transfert my charater. Is It possible cancel this transfert and send me back to Olympus server?

Hope you’re doing good.

Regarding your concern, I understand how disappointing this may be.

But, unfortunately once the transfer has been done, the action cannot be reverted back or can be manually altered. It is not an option for us.

So if i understand, you are saying that you are going to leave me in empty server ? There is litteraly 300 players. My game expérience is broken! Thank you for that !!

Patience is a virtue. If you look around about 70 EU players moved here yesterday.

So there WERE Literally 300 players, 491 to be exact, but now nearing 800 and by next weekend closer to 1500.

You’ve got to pay attention to server growth numbers :wink:
