Transmutation Catalysts?

Hey,

I would like an answer from a game dev preferably or someone with the knowledge of what’s going on behind the scenes but this item specified item should be sold by the faction reps and are used for upgrading crafting materials e.g. small quartz crystal to large > charged > powerful.

However it seems the transmutation catalysts aren’t in the game currently. Have they been removed entirely or will they be added in soon and why were they taken out?

I faced the same problem and i came to the conclusion that they replaced the mechanic of get more powerful perks without removing older useless items. Here is my explanation: my thread on this forum
