Trenchant Recovery only healing off 1 target no matter the number of mobs hit?

  • Describe the issue you are experiencing:
    Since the patch Trenchant Recovery only works as if you are hitting one target vs if you hit several. It is not healing for the total damage done to all creatures but only 1.

  • Is this a bug or an exploit:
    I beleive this is a bug, it was working fine before the patch. I can hit 10 mobs at once for the same damage and only heal as if i am only hitting 1 mob.

  • (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay:
    As I am tanking if we get over ran with mobs i will use trenchant recovery to spot heal myself while i hold aggro, but if i have 5 creatures on me and i am only healing for 2-300 (per heavy attack) where they hit me for over twice that damage it makes the ability useless. I use to be able to hit and heal myself for about 1-1.5k with multiple mobs (not alot considering they all hit harder than that) and now i only heal for 2-300 once no matter how many mobs i hit with a heavy attack

    Yes? not really game breaking

    doesnt alter the actual game or an exploit more of a change and i believe unexpected.

    just attacking

I noticed this tonight as well. Last night it was healing per mob hit, not it only registers one healing event. Please address

True, same issue today. Healing only off 1 target instead of every enemy that got hit by heavy attack.

I hope this is a bug, @luxendra this was the only part of the perk that made it useful over lifesteal/leech and would invalidate this particular perk. Can someone clarify @_@??

I noticed something changed. It may have been a bit OP, but the bigger issue is more changes without notes. Thought they were not going to do that anymore

I hope this is a bug. A nerf that big pretty much makes the perk useless.

Very much doubt this is a bug, it was ridiculously OP when it was per hit.

@Deadmarsh I could see lowering the percentage of the effect to maybe 20, but honestly its only over powered if you are farming lower level mobs than you should normally be fighting. I have ran this perk on full str and a tank build and both ways you can still easily die in the higher level areas. Lasarus and equally dificult expedition will still kill you easily. While you wind up your attack everything is still beating on you. Not really op imo. You should nerf leeching cyclone and flurry if thats the case, does the same thing.
