I don’t understand the tooltip of Trenchant rend. Is the cooldown for the player or per mob?
CD are player based.
before soem patch, keenly CD are wep based, so you can get a keenly jagger bleed on target then swap wep then swap back and hit with another keenly jaggered.
up to 3 keenly jaggered bleed stackable.
same with keenly empowered, where u would have no CD if u keep sawp wep like that.
Now, all fixed.
