Describe the issue you are experiencing: Cannot action the object of the quest as no E available Trial of the Cabalist at the first listed location

Is this a bug or an exploit: It must be a bug I was able to complete all other locations ok

(if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I am unable to upgrade to next level of weapons

(if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No I reset game and computer several times and get same result every time

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I just did the quest;
i killed all lost and boss and tried to place the obect at the blue light’ It said to place it there; there was no E to action it though
Hopefully this patch will fix it If not I will add a screen shot when I get back into game
