What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
Just talked to the guy in Weaver’s Fen and now it’s showing up. Originally the quest says you need to be level 35 after talking to the guy in Brightwood and gives no indication to talk to the faction leader in Weaver’s Fen. When talking to him it seem like he wants to give you another quest because he has a level 40 requirement.
I literally lost braincells trying to figure this out. WHY IS THERE NO INDICATOR TO TALK TO HIM.
honestly, far as i can recall, brightwood is the only one that actually requires a certain level to get. That is because the town npc will not speak to you until your 24. I believe all the others you can actually go get and do regardless of level as soon as you max rep for your tier. Helped my wife do her alchemist one at 51.
If you got your weaversfen one. Once you complete it and then max rep for that tier head to Mourningdale. That will be your next one.
