Still not able to pick up the quest Trial of the Lumen so that I can complete the other quest “Covenant Advancement: Lumen”
Says to “Travel to Great Cleave and complete the Trial of the Lumen”, when I get there the Covenant guy has no quest available even though the map pin shows that I need to talk to him.
This is preventing me from progressing my character, please help, @Developer
This has been a problem for over a month now… @Developer please fix this problem… It has prevented players from being able to progress and especially buy chisels for dungeons…
I have been submitting feedback for a while now. No response.
This issue is preventing me from participating in end game content with my company. It’s extremely frustrating.

Yup got this issue myself after swapping to covenant. Cannot make dungeon orbs now

Yup my faction rep quest in still broken, very disappointing as its the only progression I actually enjoy, so stupid we even need orbs for dungeons in the first place, just about finished with New World over this
It happens when you switch back to covenant… Was covenant then Marauder then Covenant again. The quest is blocked because we actually already killed Livia Luca as she beca,e corrupted in the final step. So the covenant NPC is replaced in Great cleave by ludwig amsler. It is silly that I have to do all the faction quests again to upgrad my rank. I already did it once. It is even more silly when the NPC got replaced because we killed it already … So in short, the questline cannot be done twice so you are block if you switch back to covenant…
Really hope this is fixed in the next patch, still broke.
I had a feeling it was to do with switching factions.
Please fix this. With the mutator orbs coming out through the faction vendor it will be even worse for us. @Luxendra @Kay @Shadow_Fox
11 days later I’m still not able to progress, this is kind of a long time for players to be unable to do one of the MAIN END GAME PROGRESSION LOOPS. JFC
Save your Azoth to check, still broken af after 1.2.2 update.

Completely unacceptable.
Same bug. I don’t know if this information helps but my original faction was Covenant, I completed all faction quests just fine during my play through, faction swapped Marauder, server merges happened, and I swapped back Covenant. Now this second time through, I can’t complete the quests.
I meet the reputation and level requirements. Quest shows up in the map in Great Cleave, but the faction person doesn’t offer the quest. I know from my first playthrough that it’s supposed to be given by the NPC in Mourningdale, but I also cannot get the quest from there.
Quest is still bugged…
Please fix this I have this issue for almost a month now!! This bug will let a lot of players suffering because the new patch now depend on the faction token 
there’s nothing mentioned in the patch notes for today’s patch, if this not solved I think there’s no way we can go to dungeons anymore , I hope it will be fixed .
