Trophies have disappeared when house was sold and server transferred

• What is your character name in New World: TeenTitan
• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Delos/El Dorado
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I sold my Everfall house on Delos so that I could transfer to El Dorado. I then moved back from El Dorado to Delos, and when I repurchased my house, and went to put the trophies back up, they were not there. I believe as I had a full storage, when the trophies were put in storage above the limit, on house sale, and I transferred, the game removed them altogether, rather than continuing to hide the items stored above the 500 item cap.

• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: I have lost 100k+ in trophies
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No

Please make sure to have the DxDiag and Gamelogs ready once you reach support, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
