Trophy drops need to be more frequent

Trophy drops are extremely difficult.

Several of us have played for over a year now.
We are day one players, I hold the record on hours at 4.834K hours. Next one down is 3.5k hours of game time.

We all have all luck gear, pearls, major luck trophies you name it
We have soloed and grouped and put in hours/days/months farming two bosses. I’m not exaggerating

Only two of out of all of us have gotten one corrupted totem.
None of us have gotten the ancient mandible

Now we just plan to just roll over aptitude chests for furniture, or buy them.
But I think thats rather sad and cynical statement for open world joy of combat and rewards.

I opt for “Insane”
But with that many hours of game time, the trophy drops DO need to be better then rng they are now.

Agreed, the drop rates sux and its better to farm wire fiber and get engineer aptitude boxes. Its a dumb system. I get the same drops from running full luck or without luck in elite runs. Dumb system. Just like the extra material when you smelt, it’s so random that not having gear gives the same result.

If they increase the drop rate of trophy artifacts:

  • There will be more offer, so prices will go down. (trophies will be cheaper)
  • People will have to look for other ways of making gold. So there will be more farmers and more people selling legendary items from M10 loot, and prices will also go down.

someone told me that this trophy items had a dedicated drop from this named enemies so the luck dont work over them …check in the database website i checked and this is true …

I completely agree. Excess of RNG and too many variables is why I had left.

On many things, however, AGS has finally taken a direction more suited to rewarding merit rather than luck. I hope they go in that direction for everything else as well.

If I have to take months to get an item, I prefer to take a long time not because I’m unlucky, but because it’s rightly a long job, which requires time and resources.

Agree, the totem is terrible. I farm my ori down there, and have a very long history of killing the pit lord. And i’ve only dropped one :x

I feel you.I farmed the ephemeral seal for at least 6 hours daily for 2 months now and never got one.Full 625 luck gear with sns and 3 major luck trophies…

Killed that boss about 10 times and got 1…

RNG is a bit silly and generally used to keep people interested. Personally don’t like low rate RNG.
