Okay I’m guessing this is just a ‘me’ problem, but I’m having the worst luck finding trophy mats. I gave up and finally bought some but things like precision armoring tools are way to expensive and I seem to never have enough coin. I’ve played this game for 1,400 hours and I’ve tried varied amounts of luck with nothing. Chests runs, forts, mobs, all over the map… nothing. I’m about to try little to no luck and see what difference it makes.
Any tips? Suggestions, etc? Thanks!
Im over 1000 hours here, I’ve gotten 1 luck trophy and maybe 3-4 other terrible ones. I used to run multiple chest runs per day, and I was using all luck armor and stuff. I seem to have some of the worst rng. My only suggestion is to keep at it daily! Lol thats the only thing you can do. Some people think luck is “superficial” and don’t believe in it, some do. It’s whatever makes you feel the most comfortable

obviously run your luck but theres 2 things you need to know when finding trophy mats. you need to only hit supply stockpiles (elite chests don’t count) you also need to be in in a landmark area of 35+ zones so for instance karburg in weavers fen was one of the places i use to run then of course there’s reekwater/ebonscale and SM. but any stockpile or ancient chest in 35-54 level landmark areas will only ever have basic trophy mats (not counting combat trophy mats of course) then 55+ zones same stockples and chests will have both major and minor trophy materials so it can depend if you really want to find basic ones weavers fen is a good place for them if you’d like later tonight i can post what routes i ran to get them in this thread
Minor parts run the Weavers chest route, Major parts have a nice Reekwater route. Get your luck to 30-40%… play around until you find the right number. I found a lot between 30-37%, not using pearls, flagged, sometimes luck food to mix it up. When trophy drops start to happen regularly you know you found the right percent. I was able to get 1 part every 5-10 runs or so.
Sometimes it’s just more worth it farming for gold and buying the ready made trophies off the auction house. It lets you do a variety of game play and not so repetitive that it frustrates you.
