I am having a hard time activating
these.
I did get twitch pop ups in game to claim, but claim ends up like the screenshots.

I am sorry to hear you’re having issues claiming your drop. This usually happens to to an issue with linking your New World account to Twitch in order to claim the drops. Here are some things we can try before creating a web ticket and which may solve the situation for you:
1- Go to “My connections” in your Twitch settings and remove New World if it is already showing there. Please do this even if you are almost sure you’ve never linked these before.
2- Once that is done please follow all the steps listed here in order:
Note that if it still does not work by the end of those steps, the scenario will require our tech team to look into your logs and follow up directly with other possibly sensitive account information that is best not posted on the forums so it would be best if you could please create a web ticket by going to Contact Us | Amazon Games..

I have claimed other Twitch Drops, but have not seen the Desert Traveler’s set. Seems the Studded Warrior can be used in 'change skin menu"
I rechecked my connections, and looks good from here. I did disconnect New World this AM so I could redo the connection. Looking at my “in Game connections”, it looks like I claimed some drops, but, they are not in my most recent drops in the store. I have some confirmed drops seen here.
Now, every time I go to the website to “Activate Drops” it seems I have to sign in. It does not look like it is staying signed in.
I did play the game at Launch, and returned in August. I think I am on a different server than originally released on. My Amazon, Steam, New World and Twitch accounts did not change in that time (maybe my Twitch Name but same account) but receive drops ion other games without an issue.
I am still trying to figure out what the box is from the original post of mine in this thread.
And why those “claimed items” does not show in the “claimed items” menu, even if they are clickable under skins in game.

Skins in general, either obtained via twitch drops, Amazon Prime Gaming rewards or bought in the ingame shop, are automatically unlocked, no need to claim anything. They can be activated through inventory → change skin for the respective piece of armor and/or weapon.

how do you know which is being drop for each person?
All the streamers in the event are on the same drop right now.
so once their opjectives are complete then they unlock the next item? also i just got the second drop but anyway to get the first one still?

There’s currently no way to do so.
Unfortunately I am still having this issue. I’ve collected the 1, 3, & 4 hour drops but seem to be getting no credit for the 2hour set. Please help.
There is no way to get the Desert Traveler set. Even when I watch the special streamers, nothing is addes to my twitch inventory an no progress is shown.

Yes, all of the streamers are past that drop, as such, it most likely won’t be possible to get at the moment.

I was watching the stream and Desert Traveler’s Set Is not open for me…very disappointed
I would like to watch some streamer who would redo all the past drops. I am short of the Desert Travellers Set too…

I suggest submitting your thoughts in regards to this in the Feedback section of the forums to bring visibility to how you would like these to be ran again or you can also submit your valuable feedback In-Game by doing the following:
1- Press “Esc”, select Game Menu, and then Submit Feedback.
2- Provide a description of the feedback, rate your experience, and then select Submit.
