Twitch drops issue

Has anyone else had problems getting Twitch drops in-game? I have unlinked and relinked my Amazon and Steam accounts both on Twitch and on the New World site. I get drops in other games, so I am familiar with how things work. I’ve contacted New World support but haven’t heard anything yet. I should have the Rage and Vine drops.

To clarify - are you having trouble on the Twitch side, or in seeing the skins in the game?

If the issue on the Twitch side:

• Do you see the Rage and/or Vine drops in the Twitch Drops Inventory?
• If yes, do they show, but don’t show as claimed?

If the issue is on the game side:

• When you open your inventory, click on a weapon, and select “Change skin” do you see the Vine skins as options?
• If yes, do they show as locked (i.e. unearned)?

A little additional information may help resolve the issue.

I thought I didn’t get mine either. You have to hit TAB to see your character, then click on each individual piece of armor. There’s a drop down menu to change skins. You click on that to see what skins you have.

• If yes, do they show, but don’t show as claimed? They show as claimed

If the issue is on the game side:

• If yes, do they show as locked (i.e. unearned)? The Rage armor shows as locked, vine doesn’t show at all, nor does pirate

Ok, here’s what I see under the general help; apologies if you’ve read this already, but it seemed a good place to start: Claiming Twitch Drops - Support | Amazon Games

Did you link up both Twitch and Steam? I know that caught some folks off guard. Also, make sure you activated the drops on this page (scroll to the bottom):
Twitch Drops | New World

If none of that works, then contacting New World customer support would be the next step since the Twitch side does seem to show everything correctly.

Got it thanks to your tips. Going to newworld.com doesn’t lead to an option to login with any login. I’d already searched for “new world login” and checked my account to be sure that Steam was linked and it is.

Now… searching on “new world twitch drops” came up with the sign in with Twitch page and there it was… an option to activate drops. Now I have the Rage drops in game. The vine skins didn’t seem to make it, but the site says it may take up to 24 hours.
