Some of the current twitch drops are working fine but some not for me.
The Life staff and greatsword skins from the current twitch drops are not showing for me ingame, its been this way for days with the greatsword and i thought hey im just unlucky but now with the latest drops the life staff skin which is my main doesnt work either.
Any help would be appreciated, ive relogged multiple times, everything is claimed.

Thankyou but ive done all those steps even bfore the drops arrived, im years with twitch i know how it works.
How do some items from the drops show up in game ? surely thats a NW issue as ive claimed everything and its shows in twitch inventory as so.
Skins are just simply unlocked, they don’t show up nor need they to be claimed. Just open your inventory and go to change skin on the piece of equipment that you want the skin applied to. You will see a list of skins, unlocked and locked, and those twitch one will be among those.
Edit: Life Staff and Greatsword skins from the twitch RtA event are not even in progress yet. No team reached the final stage, so these are not obtainable as of now. Give the teams a few days and they’ll be unlocked, I’m sure.
I know how it works i have claimed everything and some are not showing up as ive said.
Your wrong about the Lifestaff amd Greatsword , the GS progression is finished since last week and the Life staff since early this week.
To make things worse the Greatsword is workign fine on my Fresh start server character but not on my main character go figure.
Are we talking about RtA event?

Yes thats the event, as ive said its the Greatsword skin in particular as its not showing on my main character but is on my fresh start character.
Maybe the Lifestaff is in the next tier of drops and its the firestaff that was in the latest one.
People on quite a few streams said that staff was a lifestaff hence my query.
You are mixing something up, buddy. No one reached final stage and the drop for last stage contains life staff, greatsword, great axe and tower shield. It’s not even possible to have it right now.
Okay it seems i was wrong here, its the lifestaff and GS in the next tier and as you say its not unlocked yet.
Ill blame those on the streams saying its a GS and Lifestaff in tier 2 and 3 but on closer look it must be normal sword and firestaff with the DS and LS coming in the nest tier as you say.

No worries, glad the issue could be resolved. Happy hunting for those skins, hope they’ll get unlocked soon. The greatsword looks pretty awesome.
