Ive been waiting for almost 2 weeks for a fix to server transfers and my other issues that got tagged along with it. My ticket number is V820644896. Why did it take over a week and a half for problems with server transfers to be submitted as a bug report. Theres posts for the past 2 weeks about the same problem, different issues. People, including myself were expecting a fix tonight and we didn’t get one, or at least an update of when the fix would be pushed out. The generic responses from the Support Center aren’t cutting it. The lack of communication between the support center and how the issue has effected me personally and the amount of time for not just my ticket but other people’s tickets to be resolved has ran my patience thin. The screenshot is the error message ive recieved when trying to transfer servers and the ticket number above has everything else listed thats has happened to me during the past two weeks, or i at least hope so.

I am sorry to read your still having issued transferring to another server, I accessed the ticket number you provided “V820644896” and the team in charge of it informed that this issue was escalated as a bug error and is and is being investigated by the corresponding team.
As of today they haven’t provided an estimated time of resolution for this error, but they advised to keep an eye on the Official News - New World Forums.
I know this might not be the answer you were looking for, but be sure the Devs team is closely investigating this issue to fix it as soon as posible.

Just quit the game. This has been a known issue since Summer of 2022 with no resolution. I’ll throw a couple of previous threads from last year in here just to make it super clear how little the devs care to fix this issue and/or how they have no idea how to fix it.
I had a group of about 50 people wanting to come back to play Brimstone sands, we quit within 3 weeks because we couldn’t play on the same servers.
Hopefully the devs have meetings about their awful player retention and don’t just come to the conclusion that this is “normal.”
Well given that guys reply above, yall had months to figure out what was wrong and failed to do so. Really dont think this just got submitted as a bug report recently. its been a bug report for months.
