UI broken I can't see anything in Objectives

I have tried it with the live support twice even repair anti-cheat nothing can fix the game

I found the problem in my character I just create a new one and every thing work fine

I just ran into this same issue a few days ago, I have tried reinstalling/resetting the default setting/restarting PC and verifying the games integrity. I have no clue what else to do, everything is up to date.

i had that problem yesterday, it is problem related to one of the quests (maybe there are other quests that gives that bug, i don’t know)
when you take quest you can’t see the rewards and and after that your journal is empty
but as soon as you finish it everything goes back to normal (you even get some rewards but you can’t see what are they, they go straight to inventory)

Yup. That’s the only quest that we know of right now that causes this. There’s some more details here:

Here’s what we found. My wife and I went to the pin on the map even though we could not open our journals as per your advice. Head of the Snake Quest is 3 parts: Burn Tents Click the Banner and kill Drusella Grab the letter On PTR we always did this quest as a duo, with no other help. We have a resolution to this bug which is well established, as my greater half @JakeL has demonstrated in his reply. If you can’t get your dev team to solve the issue then at least please take a note from @Aenwyn and point players in the right direction.

Also just picked up ‘Head of the Snake’ and getting the same problems…
Quest journal is now empty and when you close the journal it leaves a full screen blur effect which is always on.

FYI opening your inventory should fix the blur. As said above, you’ll need to complete the quest to fix your journal.
