Housing
-Taxes, being able to view all your housing tax from one menu would be nice.
-Adding a “Strip” action along w/ “ARE YOU SURE?” dialogue. I don’t want to have to go to EACH individual item to restart decorating my house. PLUS, I have accidentally lost items I couldn’t find in my house. I was lucky enough to find it again.
-Adding an “ARE YOU SURE?” dialogue for “Abandon House” button. Friend lost a house this way after accidentally clicking the button 2 seconds after purchase. New World devs said they couldn’t help him out so he’s still grinding to get to 20k for a new house (when he only spent 10k bc his 50% discount).
-Adding housing skins would be great in the future or lawn motifs. Some houses just have overgrown lawns which I wish I can just mow down with a lawn mower.
-Fix bugs in a lot of houses where trees are clipping through. One of my houses has this issue and I try to cover it up.
Trading post
-Fix bug where it doesn’t alert you what has sold. I get alerts half the time and just wonder what money I am receiving from what from the trading post.
-Search by STAT
-Search by Level Required (to be more intuitive, I understand you can sort by Gearscore but it’s not intuitive)
-Schematics for Furniture need a name overhaul. A schematic can be called “Starmetal-Braced Storage Chest” turns into “Hope Chest.” So annoying to know what recipes you have learned or not.
-Have territory rep where you can increase how many items you can sell in that territory ontop of the 100 global you can have.
-Sort by newest to oldest listed in YOUR listings
-Sort by newest to oldest in ALL listings (not by time left in Trading Post)
-Sort by what sold the most recent etc
There just needs to be a huge overhaul to trading post.
