- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: just use the ability. It doesn’t proc the passive, the snowflake symbol doesn’t appear above enemy’s head, and your ice damage doesn’t increase.

With the July patch you released the fix:
“ * Fixed an issue where “Ultimate Chill” would not trigger when a target was hit with the “Windchill” or “Ice Shower” ability.”
Now it seems to be working on shower but not storm.
