What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: So whats happening is ultimate chill should be applying chill on all abilities currently its only applying with spike and wall. The debuff is showing up on the person but its only increasing damge when combod with a basic attack or Ice spike. AND deadly frost no longer worst on the IG. ill make another post with that though
