'im 613 gs and i don’t know how to increase my gear score till 625 … it’s impossible find people for lower mutations ? how can we do ??
- Craft Gypsum Casts and open them (cast of your highest item (slots) first)
- Take part in elite chest runs (chance to get 50 Shard in every Elite Chest)
- Complete PvE Arenas
- Salvage GS 590+ items (Chance on perfect salvage)
- Sometimes you get them on the PvP Reward Track
- Kill Rafflebones
i know but the activity that give you a lot shards are mutated dungeons
you asked for alterntive ways…

I am 625 on my stamina gear and on my life steal gear, my max muta is lvl 3 bronze…
you can join or create some easier muts to farm shard quickly.
the problem is the low population, you may wait 1hr for a full group. 
1 hour if you are lucky
