Umbral Shards should not be a set amount, change my mind

The amount of shards should change for the time it takes to do certain expeditions as in the required clear time for example Temp takes far longer I think 1h is the time to beat as for Gen/Laz time to beat is 30-35 mins yet you get the same amount of shards for gold.

I dont even bother with Temp because it takes way to much of my time for the same amount of shards, its not worth the time investment.

If you disagree with my post explain why and if you agree lets get this changed our time is valuable.

Btw i dont want shards to be lower thn what they are now for like gen/laz but higher for the time investment in expeditions that take more of our time!

totally agree… doing a long dungeons. doesn’t feel rewarding, unless you’re looking for specific gear. but yes you’re right… I just spam GEN or LAZ for shards lol… which is bad…

For real like laz and gen can be done so fast compared to the other expeditions

Cant argue against it honestly. I wont do mutation cap this week purely because Temp is such a slog of a run now and it drains the life out of me doing it

Honestly I get the point, I don’t really spam much besides Gen/Laz since it is not worth it. It’s not that Laz/Gen are easy, honestly if you are not tuned right both of them can be a pain.

It’s just that I don’t really want to spend 45 min running something, its not a good use of my time. I wish that AGS would give us a few more short rans or at least rework dephs some.

Being locked in for that long sucks but i get it im not asking them to make a bunch of 2 boss expeditions i just want them to increase the shards for the expeditions that require more time.

I think the umbral shards should be a set amount because AGS wants to control progression to some degree.

I do think you should get more loot rewards for doing the longer dungeons versus the shorter ones, which might be the case because there tends to be more boss drops in the longer dungeons. With that said, you should get more BoE items in the longer dungeons compared to the shorter ones, in my opinion.

I could go a step further and say make it a currency on top of it.

Yeah i get that but if someone offered you $100 for 30 mins of work or $100 for an hour you obviously would never pick $100 for 1 hour if you could get the same amount for 30 mins
