Unable to access storage shed storage at Weaver's Fen

  Unable to open the storage shed storage at Weaver’s Fen, when I press E, it opens my regular inventory rather than the global/settlement storage
• Is this a bug? Yes
• (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Cant access global/settlement storage at Weaver’s Fen
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Yes, I fast travelled to another settlement then went back to Weaver’s Fen and the issue was fixed.

• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Go to Weaver’s Fen, head to a storage shed, press E, player inventory opens instead of global/settlement storage
