Unable to buy/sell, opening chests is constantly interrupted, crafting is constantly interrupted

Since the 1.0.4 patch whenever i open my market after 3-4 seconds the screen will refresh, after this refresh if i attempt to purchase anything i receive a message stating that the goods are in a different location.

When attempting to access a warboard to move members into war groups after 3-4 seconds the screen will refresh and i cannot interact with anything and need to exit.

If i enter a war and access a cannon i will be ejected every 3-4 seconds.

When attempting to interact with objects in the open world wether it be reviving someone or opening a chest it will take multiple attempts to open or revive as the progress bar will be randomly interrupted.

If i attempt to craft at a bench most of the time the screen will close and my character will turn to face me as if i have opened his inventory and not craft, it will usually take 5-6 attempts to craft an item and if it’s in multiples it will usually be interrupted afew items in.

I’ve played since beta and this was never an issue previous to the 1.0.4 patch.

I have submitted a ticket, used the live webchat, sent through my dxdiag info, sent through the data from requested folders to support and still have this issue.

It has effectively stopped me from grinding any of my professions,the market is pretty much impossible to buy sell off and i can no longer govern my company in regards to war.

I’ve yet to find/be advised of a fix that actually works and not going to lie this is severely killing the enjoyment i’ve had for the game.

Same. It’s REALLY frustrating, trying to play the game. I enjoy it, but this is extremely annoying.

Bump in hopes of getting a reply as not being able to play 3/4 of the game and never getting a response back is frustrating to say in the least.

Same issues, unable to buy or sell, can’t craft as it kicks me out, this game is getting stupid, I started a thread about this with no response.

Also since Patch 10.4 the Lag has been bad contributing to these issues.

If this isn’t fixed I’m going to ask for a refund and wait for

I have the same issue. it’s been weeks of an annoying bug that constantly interrupts everything I do. Especially annoying at the TP and while crafting. you can only go so long before you get interrupted. It appears that the character looks away from the crafting table, then it will interrupt what you are doing. PLEASE FIX THIS! unbelievably horrible bug that needs to be fixed!

Thanks for the report. I’m really sorry about the problem you’re having. I was doing a review for old posts, Im sorry for the late response.

After patches, our advise will be to check the files in order to avoid any damaged or corrupted file.

Also its important to check driver updates as well. I hope you tried this.

Please try going step by step as follows.

  • Check for pending BIOS updates.
  • Verify that the drivers are correct and up to date: New World Compatible GPU Driver Update - Support
  • Run a file check: Steam Support :: Verify Integrity of Game Files
  • Check the EAC: Locate the game directory, and then select the “EasyAntiCheat” subfolder. Click EasyAntiCheat_Setup.exe to run the installer as an administrator, fix it if necessary.
    Note: The Steam Games installation directory will generally be in: C:\Program Files\ Steam (x86)\ SteamApps\ Common
  • Avoid using VPN, and you should remove other programs such as bots to mine or fish or to avoid being AFK. (if installed for any reason) Even overlays to get unofficial maps for the game.
  • Check out New World System Requirements - Support | Amazon Games it is very important that you are using Windows 10, because for 11, New World is not yet optimized.

After all steps above:

  • Shut down the computer completely. Turn it on, then run the Steam client as administrator and try the game again.

I tried all of the above this morning…and no result. Will you please look into this. There are many people dealing with this issue. Its extremely annoying. Thank you!
