[Notice] Trading Post and Server Transfer Issues

Hi all, We are aware of issues regarding the trading post where players are not receiving the gold from their sales and being blocked by active contracts. We have identified a few root causes. One that was introduced with our patch was players not receiving gold/items from completed sell/buy orders on the trading post while offline. We are currently testing a fix for this and will be deploying it as soon as we are confident. Players who encounter this issue WILL receive their missing gold/ite…

Update here: However @Luxendra you dont mention people who have active orders that cannot be cancelled, they are there i can see them but they just refresh every 24h and are unable to be cancelled, they also don’t appear on the trading post for someone to buy…

Up post. My friend plays Annwin and he has the same problem. Support for a week promises a solution but the situation does not change. It seems to me that you are not paying enough attention to this problem, otherwise it has already been resolved. Please fix it. People buy spoiled goods by paying for them

Because of this problem, I feel oppressed and lonely.All my friends have switched to the Hellheim server, will I be able to join my friends after solving the problem or will the server be closed for transfer?

Just want to say thank you @Luxendra @Muzz @WarriorCE - even though you give us a lot of negative news we are glad to have you stay in contact about this issue. If all of us here felt ignored by you plus not having the devs solve this, I’m sure a lot would quit or feel even more powerless about the situation.

Server transfers isnt broken.the auction house system broken after patch. thats why we cant transfer atm

Im happy to see they are taking this issue serious now. I just tried to transfer and it worked for me after i managed to cancel my auction somehow.

@Luxendra I was bugged the same way as alot of the people here are having with the second issue but somehow I managed to get the auction cancelled. I do not know how i managed to make it go through but it worked after i logged on from the recent downtime patch.

I do not know if my account will help you in any way to find a solution to the problem all these people are experiencing but I do hope you will find it fast.
