The only information we’ve gotten is that Amazon Games will give us a 24 hour heads-up if they will block a specific server for receiving transfers. At this moment of writing there has been no information or heads-up about any such action.

We need to be cautious with this particular fix. It requires quite a bit of testing, which in itself is not simple, before we can feel confident that it won’t muck anything up further for you.

We have been waiting for our friend since the first world transfer. During this time, we cannot enjoy the game as we cannot be 5 people.
You guys are saying that the matter will be okay. But even after all this time, there is no progress.

@Pilader And coding and things like this are complicated man. Think about how much fun you guys are not having (myself included as im the only one who GOT to transfer and im alone and all my friends are on the old server), if they rush a fix and it causes more problems then MORE people get to feel that way. It SUCKS that youre not having as much fun as you should be, but yelling at Moderators via text forums (they arent devs they are mods) isnt constructive. Venting frustrations is one thing, but im sure they understand your frustration. You and 100s others are yelling at them.

I’m willing to wipe everything but my character and my gear to transfer from my broken server. Keep my gold, my houses, my stash, my wallet for all I care. I just want to move to the server that 95% of my friends and company have gone to. I am stuck on a dead server with 2 other company mates with nothing to do. Can’t use trade post for fear of prolonging my stay. Can’t do anything fun with 2 people only. Contacted live chat support, waited 90 minutes, to get 2 replies. The first was “we are sorry to hear this” second was “you’ll have to wait until our dev team can release another update to resolve this issue” at which I replied , so you’re telling me I have to wait until tuesday/Wednesday/ Thursday of next week because we never know what day is update day, just to see if they somehow managed to fix the bug that I have but many others didn’t. From what I’ve seen, they actually fixed less people with this supposed trade post bug than they didn’t. Noteably it seems everytime there is an update they are always saying “we think” we solved the issue. I know it’s hard to say with 100% assurance these days with the way people attack the way you word things but with a team like Amazon as a core part of this game you would think that the QA team could test things a bit better and make sure that fixing 1 thing didn’t break 15 others.

that would actually be nice cause its been 3 days ive been trying to transfer and they did a fix earlier today that didnt fix anything like usual
Really hope so. I’m losing a lot of coin by not being able to post anything to market, on the off-chance that it will somehow prolong this endless nonsense. Losing gains from being stuck on a dead server and coin from no trading.
Im stuck since 10 days :o(
