how so he’s stating that the same issue I am having is stopping him from server transfering?

i have ghosted orders preventing me from using features so pretty sure it is the same issue imo
This bug has really ruined the game for me (still broken after patch), stuck on a low pop server and now all my friends have moved to another. Cant sell anything, have no company, no friends. and hardly anyone is around to do anything. If it was not for my friends still playing this game it would be in the bin and I would be trying to forgive myself for the 180 hours of life I have wasted.

our issue is an item cannot be canceled from sale order

- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Hello, 10 days I am blocking alone on the server “Ekera” because of a bug of an object that is back on sale constament, I can not cancel it not buy it, I am going to all cities to try , DC/ install , repair I games, update all my drivers , give the Dx diag report to the NW CMs on the forum to give them information about the problem . 10 days that my entire guild ( 130 players ) transfer on the server “Bakhu” and that I am alone with no help, the only answers are “pictures link”. I don’t want to wait anymore because I’ve waited too long to do something for me, because I lose the desire to play games, without friends it’s not funny. Thank you for not answering me the same thing as in the link.

Will the fix have to wait for a bigger patch like you guys usually do on wednesday/thursdays like the previous week, or will it be able to have it’s own small patch?

I mean if a quality product is made nobody is mad right? devs, companies alike need to hear it. people have come to accept a shinny turd as a good product and that needs to change.

EU Central / HELP!
We have had this bug for 9 days now. Can we please get this fixed? We are still not able to transfer. All my friends transfered away from my server 9 days ago when the transfers came up. I was the only one left behind by this bug and I am still stuck. Please fix this! @Kay @Luxendra @NW_Mugsy I am really getting desperate here, this is another weekend all my friends are playing without me
The server I went to is empty, its plagued with bots and there is no one to do expeditions or dungeon runs…
I think we need another free world transfer - I cant play this game like this.

They are not helping us as they cannot fix the problem manually.
They’re not going to help at this rate either. In short, they will leave us with us saying start the return process of the game.

10/31/2021 Having SAME ISSUE - this transfer issue has NOT been resolved for MANY people. Two “fixes” Later for server, and I still cannot TRANSFER!!

SERVER: Tritonis
PROBLEM: Canceled ALL orders several days ago - says 0 in progress (or active) I’m in town, left my guild, clicked on transfer ticket while in Everfall, chose my Server I wished to transfer to, 2nd step - transfer button is greyed out - when I mouse over it, it states that I still have items on the trading post - Which I do NOT. RESULT: Unable to transfer to play with company and friends.
BUG
I could not resolve or recover from the problem.
To reproduce the issue - all I have to do is the steps outlined above - same old problem - CAN’T Transfer - STILL after all this time and two “fixes”
10 days now since I first reported it and made my first support ticket. No resolution.
Stuck on a sever with no friends.
Making it really hard for me to play this game
