Unable to cancel a sell order because it doesn't exist

Location where issue occurred: Any settlements.

Option to transfer greyed out due to active auctions that don’t exist. No updates have fixed the issue yet.

I was able to transfer this morning so whatever AGS did fixed my issue with the active trade orders not deleting.

DId you have invisible trade orders active or did you actually have a visible one you couldnt cancel?

Hey @Luxendra most of people here are still not able to transfer. The 3 other people I know ingame and me all still have the bug that we can’t transfer.

Location: Settlement (have tried everfall, WW, and FL)

No active buy or sell orders, left company, and in settlement. Option is greyed out.

Issue: can’t transfer server as it says there is an active trade in the trading post but won’t let me cancel it and it’s been like that for days. All my company have now left me can someone sort this?

Time and Date: Multiple attempts daily. Latest was just now 1742 EST, 02Nov2021
World: Arakadia Omega

Location: Settlement (have tried Everfall and WW)

Tasks completed:

  1. No active buy orders
  2. No Company affiliation
  3. Tried in various settlements
  4. Verified that canceled trades are not sitting in an over filled storage somewhere. All storage is under max limit.
  5. Contacted Customer Support and was told I was placed on their “master list” whatever that means.

Still…option to transfer is greyed out. States that I have active trades.

NOTE: When looking at my canceled/completed trades, there are a few items that are not present and reads, “You don’t have enough coin to place a sell order” in red lettering on the bottom of that screen. (currently own 38,304.69 coin) Was that sold or is that an item that is glitched?

please delete the active lot on the trading post, I don’t need compensation.

Still cannot transfer from Eurytheia > Abaton because it says I need to cancel my TP orders, but I don’t have any active ones.

I don’t have any auctions at all and now I’m stuck on a quite literally dead server with all my friends having transferred to Abaton already.

I have spoken to live support today and they are aware. They work on a fix.
