Unable to claim twitch and prime gaming loot

My store item claim is forever stuck here on a previous claim. My twitch and prime gaming accounts are linked, confirmed claimed through there. I just received an in game message saying I had twitch claims but they’re not anywhere across my account

• Run a Steam Integrity Check.
• Restart the game client.

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
