I was on this mission where I had to get Verdant Gemstone to the Spire of Kochab (quest name is Verdant Connections) and I supposedly maybe transferred that gemstone to my storage. At first I didn’t notice it, so I went to the mountain, went to the quest marker and I can’t finish it. There is nothing happening.
So I opened up my inventory, realized the stone isn’t there. Went back to the Settlement to grab it from the Storage, but it wasn’t there as well?
I tried reseting the quest but it doesn’t help since I grabbed the stone in a quest prior to that one I guess?
So what am I supposed to do? And why hasn’t this been addressed in this topic:

I’m sorry to hear you walked all the way, back and fort, to the quest location and the quest item wasn’t with you, or in your storage at the city.
I recommend you to restart your PC and check the storage and the inventory again. If the item still miss, contact AGS customer support to get further assistance in recovering your missing item.

I got in touch with your customer support rep on the AGS chat and he was really helpful. Turns out the item isn’t missing, I had to climb up and press E to complete the quest… So I kinda feel stupid right now
