What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: I played the ptr now i can login to my regular character. I tried all the recommended fixes already online, deleting the folders in app data, restarting, restarting router, installing anit-cheat again, etc. Unfortunately that is the extent of my tech ability.
