AP Southeast. Happened a few time recently but managed to get on eventually.
But this time I cannot login to play 12 attempts so far with no luck! Is something up with the server(s)?

I’m sorry about the situation connecting to the server so far there are no maintenance or issues reported with the “AP Southeast” server, we can try some steps to fix it.
Please try the following troubleshooting:
1-From the Start/Windows Menu, select Settings.
2-Select Network and Internet.
3-In the Status section, under Change your network settings, select Change adapter options.
4-When the Network Connections window opens, right-click your network connection.
5-Select Properties.
6-Scroll to Internet Protocol version 6. 6-Uncheck the Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6) box.
7-Select OK to save your changes for the selected network adapter.
8-Try launching the game again. A PC restart may be necessary.

We already did that. I am from Adiri Server (AP southeast). Everyone on the server is having the same issue.
It keeps disconnecting during login OR within 1 minute after login.
We have to keep trying , if we don’t disconnect after 1 minute after login then we are safe till the client crashes or we quit the game.
Folks on the server have even tried reinstalling the game, personally i have tried to verify the files.
The issue suddenly started 2 days ago.
same on Adiri keep disconecting me Lag detected 2 days now

Im experiencing this issue as well, just started today. My connection seems fine and im able to use all other services ad i expect, but can not login to new world with either a lag message or a connection error.
I have done as you asked, used that link and spoke to someone in live chat. They solution was to send an email with steps to try to resolve the problem, which i will try, but im sure will not resolve my issue.
When asked if the issue will get logged and escalted I was told it will not, and that if its not resolved witin 48 hours to contact support again on live chat…
Surely this is not the best way to get the issue resolved…

I’m having the same issues as well, my connection is working just fine(did a speed test and its going great), but cant log into my world “yulbrada”, i also keep getting the message unable to log in please check you internet connection and as i just stated my connection is Fibre so really fast
message is now "could not connect to server: Login has expired. Please try again. (status -120)
I’m having the same issue on Adiri - many of us are effected
defintley issues going on
there was a micro steam update, i logged out of steam then logged back in and it fixed the issues for me, not sure if that is the issue but it worked for me

Same issue. AP Lerna. Cant get into the game.
Same issue here on Lerna. I can go up to the character selection but then i hit play and the message unable to connect to the server appears. My connection is fine for all other stuff. Might be related to the mini EAC update this morning ?
Will 200 screenshots of a screen saying disconnected help?
