- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I salvaged a furnishing recipe (Mahogany Small Bookcase), and it shows in my ‘learned’ recipes. However, I am unable to craft it - in fact, it looks like all recipes that I’ve salvaged and learned (above my current level) are locked.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Unable to craft high-level items even when I have the resources and at an appropriate tier station.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Salvaged the recipe, gathered the resources and went to a Tier 5 Workshop, but it won’t let me craft, even though it shows in the “Learned Recipes” section.
You learned it but your furnishing skill isn’t high enough. You need to have the resources, right skill level and high enough tier table to craft it
