I got this bug for like a year now, already made a ticket for it a year ago, still i have the T4 Camp, and unable to find the questgiver, can this be fixed please.

I had a similar issue awhile back. Turned out for me that I missed the camp quest from restless shore before I did the one in Edengrove. I went back to Restless Shore town and did the quest. Once that was completed I could create the tier 5 camp.

just got a few random quests in restless, most already done, cant image it will solve it by doing all the side quests.
