Unable to deal or receive damage, status effects work

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: Lilith
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: Can’t deal damage to or take damage from Cilla, as well as Chardis. I am able to apply status effects to my teammates, as well as dropping pylon to get into combat with bosses.
• Is this a bug? Bug
• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: Team had to 4man a number of bosses and encounters, Recording starts at the moment I couldn’t deal damage
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: No, I attempted to relog, change gear, and repair files as well with no success.

Please make sure to add the DxDiag and Gamelogs through a sharing link from a Cloud Storage like Google Drive to the support report, you can pull it following this steps:

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.

GameLogs:

• Game logs can be found on: \Users\USERNAME\AppData\Local\AGS\New World\CrashDB\reports\
