- Describe the issue you are experiencing: My faction (marauders) madethe Brightwood settlement contested last night after a couple of hours of running pvp quests. Once we got it to the state we were not able to declare war on the settlement, it said that we had to wait to declare war until after the pending invasion, but there was no pending invasion.
