- Describe the issue you are experiencing: About 30+ players wasted 6 hours pushing PvP quests last night in Mourningdale only to not be capable of declaring war because it was bugged and when it went to conflict it immediately set influence back to 0% and went back out of conflict.

- (if a bug) How did the issue effect your gameplay: Waste of 6 entire hours of 30+ people, e.g. over 180 total hours of wasted time pushing an extremely long pvp quest loop only to have it bug and unable to declare war.

- (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced:
- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: Go push pvp quests on a town and it will too often times bug and not allow you to declare war and will reset the influence bar back to 0%.
