- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: We have repeatedly pushed other territories to 100% influence either from 0% or 20% or 50%. I alone regularly contribute over 10% influence not including all the influence my company members gather and we can not declare war EVER. This is absolutely broken and I work my a** off to build up this small dying servers community and we can’t even play an intended mechanic of the game? But green and yellow can push what ever they want and declare war as often as they want Purple on our server is already dying and our server as a whole is growing smaller and smaller because of crap like this…
