Describe the issue you are experiencing: Our company has increased the influence for Restless Shore to 100% twice now, and both times it has not allowed us to declare war. The button is disabled and says “your company did not contribute enough influence to declare war”, but we for sure contributed way over 10% both times. The first time we contributed at least 40% and this second time was at least 30-50% maybe more. The first time, no company was able to declare. This second time it allowed a company to declare. It was a company of 5-10. We are a company of 60 and had to get 10+ players for the influence push on multiple occasions, so we know we contributed more.

Is this a bug or an exploit: It seems to be a bug, but I guess we don’t know for sure.

What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: We just raised influence in restless shore doing PVP faction missions. Both times the influence was gained over 2 days.
Our company is "Syndicated Merchants’ on US East Amano Iwato server. My character name is iPlayClothed. This happened at approximately 6pm EST on Thursday November 4th. (when the influence reached 100%, give or take 15-20 minutes).
We tried declaring war via the map when you click on the settlement, as well as (in the second case) via pressing f1 when another company initially declared. In both cases, the declare war button would be disabled with the hover message about not contributing enough influence.
Is there anything that can be done to rectify this? With our faction having 6 regions, our influence rises very slowly (about 0.5% per 3 quests per person), so we have put in massive amounts of effort and coordination over 4-5 days between the two separate times that this has happened to us in Restless Shore in the last week. It’s incredibly discouraging for all of the players who spent hours of their time working toward this goal, only to be completely denied after all of the work is done.
A little additional information in case its helpful -
- The company that owned the settlement in both cases was a green company named “Criminal Activity” (the first time) and “Outt on Bail” the second time (they changed names, its the same company).
- We are in the purple faction.
- The name of the company from purple that got to declare with 6-10 members is named “Order of the broken eye”.
- A corrupted invasion triggered and showed on the map within 15-30 minutes of us hitting 100% the second time. A company was still able to declare at almost the exact same time that the corrupted invasion started showing on the map.
