Describe the issue you are experiencing: Our guild has pushed two territories in the past 24 hours, but we are unable to declare war (pending invasion), when the invasion has cleared no one is able to declare and the zone is reset with no influence from our faction. Currently the zone is in conflict, our guild pushed 99% of the influence (had about 1 - 3 other faction members helping) and the declare pane says “No company has contributed enough influence yet, so any company would be eligible to declare war”. This happened on Reekwater last night after spending 4 hours as a guild pushing the zone, unable to declare and zone reset when the invasion cleared.
