I am unable to connect - Every time I try and play it comes up with Connection Error (Unable to connect to the server. Please confirm your internet access and try again) I created another character on a different world, same Region and it connected fine.

I’m really sorry that you’re having this issue to log on your account, a login error was reported on Asia Pacific however has been reported as solved as well by the community, is that the issue you were having or is on a different location?

Yes my Character is on Asia Pacific and login seems to be working again now.
