I can only play with vpn. From the alpha to release this was reported and not solved.

I’ve also had this issue sporadically throughout the betas, which VPN are you using? Mine is kinda spotty as to whether it will let me in even with it.
I use Urban vpn
And no answer form Amazon Support.
They ignore us, I am saying it from the beta and I have no answer, they say it is my pc or my connection, it is the only answer I received. I have been reading in the forum and it is the fault of the amazon servers, they obviously know it but if they wait long enough time passes and you cannot ask for a refund, that is the story with the connections of the vpn and the servers @amazon I am paying a monthly payment that I did not pay before to be able to play your game and the answer is silence
i have the same issue
same issue here, anything recommended doesn’t help - only way to play is using a vpn (paid one of course…).
Still waiting for an actual statement ;(

como lo resolvió? en mi caso no esta resuelto, y lo peor de todo es que con la VPN me bajan los megas a 30 o 40 y así es imposible jugar, voy teletransportándome…

Having the same issue, haven’t been able to past the character select screen since around 1.0.3. Before that i had no problems.
What i tried:
Repair game
Reinstall game
Disable Firewall in windows and on router
Disable IPv6
flushdns and renew stuff
different dns servers
repairing easy anti-cheat
Nothing helped. Also i`am plying from Slovakia.
