Hello, I claimed the eyes first and thought maybe it was just an issue with the item, but now I have also tried claiming the new crimson set and still cannot receive the items in-game, even though on Twitch it shows them as claimed… However, I was able to get the latest “Prime loot” onmy character just fine.
Everything is connected and I have reset everything multiple times as well as contacted amazon game support and twitch support multiple times. Amazon support forwarded me to Twitch support and Twitch forwarded me to Amazon support.
I have tried linking and unlinking my connected accounts more than once, but it has not worked.
Help, please?
