Was running Eternal Pools, and after killing the adds around the last world boss, I became unable to regen health or be healed by anyone. Tried dying to despair, still couldn’t heal. Did a duel and it executed me as well after being downed. Using a health potion consumes the pot but does not heal either.

Was leveling up Void Gauntlet against weak mobs in restless shore (NE Corner). Ended up in the same state as pkh1991. Was able to find a workaround by trying things that have worked in the past.
FIX (Used an old method when the Ice Gauntlet Pylon was messed up):
First, close the game. Head over to the following directory:
C:\Users\UserName\AppData\Roaming\AGS\New World
Delete the ‘save data’ folder in the directory.
Note: Username should be replaced with your directory name.
After doing this, log back in. Now you should be able to heal.
Note: Able to get here more quickly by using %APPDATA% in explorer
Note: Will lose your settings sound + graphics (keybinds remained)

The above worked and I’m now able to heal (lost all my settings but it was something client side???)

Was leveling void gauntlet in Brightwood Isle, and suddenly I could not heal myself nor could my friend heal me. Consuming food/potions did not work, not even dying reset it. I even relaunched the game and I still cannot be healed
Not getting a lot of traction here. Did killing your local files detailed in my post above help ya’ll out? (tried to bold them but its still hard to see…)
Update: tried to clean up that post also its in the known workarounds post just not listed for unable to be healed, but worked for me.
