I am unable to Join a company, I did not receive the popup to press F1 to join.
The company leader tried to invite me several times, but it gives him an error stating that a company invite is pending.
I have found the guild on the guild list, but I am unable to interact with it.
Please advise.

I’m sincerely sorry for this situation you’re experiencing being unable to join a company. This is definitely not the experience we want our players to have.
You could try verifying steam files integrity, and restarting the game to see if you’re able to join.
