After the patch today i can’t login to the game i keep getting Error code a:" a secure connection couldn’t not be made. Please restart or update the game and try again"
Restart the game and backup files also tried to restart my router and my pc and still having the same problem
Anyone having this issue?
Note: i tried to login to other games to check if the problem from me but all games work fine
I have seen others that are having issues logging into the game. I would try validating your steam files and see if that helps.
Bump this post. I know a couple of people having this issue and it showed up out of nowhere. The standard explanation shown on another post from the devs did not help. It all happened after the small patch today.
Tried that and sadly didn’t work
Contacted the support and did all they mentioned and nothing worked yet even re-instal the game
At the end i sent them all my backup files for more investigation
Hopefully i will hear a response soon from them

My friend is from Jordan. Is Amazon region locking the game? I got more reports from that country that people there are kept out of the game for Europe and i have more friends from there that cannot play now. This is an area problem and not a pc problem anymore.
Did amazon kicked some countries out of the game?
1000 hours playtime and never had this problem till yesterday
I live in jordan too and till now i can’t login
Only time managed to login was after spamming login for 20 minutes then got kicked after 30 minutes in middle of mutation run and never able to login after that
Had this in the morning, live in the Netherlands.
Restarted PC and later that day could login fine.

Update : still can’t login
The only way i can login to game now is using vpn which is just a temp solution
