I want to continue upgrading my camp, but to upgrade to Tier 4 it says I need the Lupine Observations quest. I am unable to obtain it from Rilette Wilson in Restless shore.
Windows 11, AMD 5900X, EVGA 3080 Ti FTW3, 32 GB of DDR4 3600, several TB of drive space
No error messages
Rilette Wilson in Restless shore simply isn’t giving the quest Lupine Observations. I haven’t completed this quest yet.
It’s persistent. I haven’t been able to pick up this quest for a while.
I am sorry to hear about the missing quest, in this case just to make sure we are on the same page, for the Lupine Observations its necessary to:
Have finished the previous tier upgrade missions for the camp
Be at least level 40
Have visited the Resstless shore settlement
In this case I would recommend to check if there are any other ongoing quest that you have that is necessary to speak to Rilette Wilson or deliver an item(s), if it still dosen’t let you start the quest I would recommend you to contact us directly so we can investigate what happened to that quest on your character.
