- What is your character name in New World: Montegomery
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Castle of Steel
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: I have golded an M9 Tempest heart and I am unable to unlock an M10 Tempest Heart. I have relogged, verified files, and logged into the game with a fresh login.

- (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I have to rely on other people when I want to run an M10 Tempest Heart for the better gear drops. It makes it difficult to start my own groups in group finder to run.
- (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: Not particularly. I can work around it and group with other people, but if none of my friends are online it makes it impossible.

- What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced:
- When did this happen? (Date and Relative time; please include your timezone) I am not sure when I first noticed it happening. I only checked it tonight when I went to start a group for an M10 Tempest Heart in the Group Finder and I am not able to. Timezone is EST and it is 0216 20 January 2022 Ex:
