- What is your character name in New World: Maegmas
- What server/world did you experience your issue on: Rivadeneyra
- Describe the issue you are experiencing: Earned a Package of Specialized Smelting Materials and I cannot open it. Even when opening another box, and selecting next, box shows empty and does not disappear. Logged out to menu, and back in, still could not open the package. Exited game completely re-logged in, still cannot open the box. Either by double clicking the box, or using the Open command in the context menu.
