Unable to port from a shrine, can only port from a town

• What server/world did you experience your issue on: El dorado
• Describe the issue you are experiencing: I can’t teleport from any shrine, i can only port from town. I can’t even use the shrine to teleport to town, I have to use my recall
• Is this a bug? yes it is
• (if a bug) How did the issue affect your gameplay: I have to walk a lot of places now
• (if a bug) Were you able to recover from the issue: it isn’t fixed yet so no
• (if a bug) Please include a screenshot or video of the issue that you have experienced: pics found below (first pic, can port from town and second pic, can’t port from shrine
• What are the steps to reproduce the issue as you experienced: idk, i can’t port from any shrine now, not sure what happened. I have relogged and killed myself but still I can’t port.
• When did this happen? It happened around 11:30 MST so about 10:30 PDT
