Unable to restore my first character

Character name: Cochonsale

level 60

first character I made. Used transfer token to server Lesnik and then got merge with Cibola. After that I deleted to make room to level other character on a populated server.

I contacted AGS with email and live chat and they were not able to find him due to the server merges. They told me to do a forum post.

DxDiag report:

• Go to Windows Start search bar and type dxdiag.
• Click on dxdiag.exe.
• When green progress bar goes away, select Save All Information and save the file to their desktop.
